We are looking for a University Recruiting Lead. You will work closely with the Chief People Officerto create and maintain a robust and successful University Recruiting program. You will attract, engageand hire top talent.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute on Attentive's first ever University program.
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, extending offers, and closing candidates.
• Maintain relationships with 8-10 universities through Career Centers, clubs, and other potential avenues into candidates.
• Be responsible for hiring 15-30 business-side hires a year (either in Sales, Marketing or Customer Success) as well as a handful of year-round interns.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working as a university recruiter or in university programs in a fast-paced, high growth company 
• Proven ability to create and execute university recruiting strategies and programs that scale 
• Excellent communicator and team player, with the ability to build relationships, manage stakeholder expectations and influence employees across all levels of the company 
• Ability to manage through ambiguity to define clear road maps and processes
