Your team:

Ribbon believes a culture of excellence and inclusion is essential to employee experience. As our first Workplace Experience Associate, you’ll own our physical workplace and collaborate on remote strategy. This includes managing our office space in New York City and supporting 50+ remote employees throughout the country. Ribbon’s People Team stays nimble to empower our workforce in making homeownership achievable for everyday families.

How you'll help make homeownership achievable:

• Managing our physical office space in New York City, ensuring a pleasant, productive working environment
• Serving as main point of contact/account manager for all vendor, contractor, and landlord communications (i.e. Bevi, subscription services, IT management, etc).
• Focusing on a remote-inclusive employee experience, maintaining a comparable experience to in-person team members
• Being a champion of culture, strategizing for employee engagement, recognition, and celebration, always focused on Ribbon’s core values
• Managing snacks, coffee, lunches, and occasional special treats
• Maintaining work safety protocols, including Covid-19 protocols
• Organizing team building activities and offsites

What we're looking for:

• Previous ownership of workplace experience, office operations, or facilities at a fast-growing, people-first company
• A people-first, service mentality
• Proven project management experience
• Attention to design and detail, focusing on the “little things” that make things special
• Experience planning large-scale events
• Resourcefulness and creativity to create an environment that is uniquely Ribbon
• You’re creative, resourceful and excited to set new standards for workplace experience
• Ideally, you have experience managing hybrid/remote workplaces
