About the Role

Are you an HR professional who loves numbers, people, and organizational strategy? We are seeking a dedicated, Onsite Human Resources Compensation & Systems Specialist to join our human resources team in Glens Falls.

  • HRIS Problem Resolution: Research and resolve functional HRIS errors, missing data, or process flaws, and recommend workflow solutions to meet departmental needs.
  • System Maintenance & Testing: Lead the HR side of HRIS updates and patches, including system testing from an HR user perspective. Work alongside IT staff to coordinate fixes and document the results.
  • Reporting & Custom Queries: Create, maintain, and run custom HRIS reports and queries to support ongoing data requests from hospital leadership.
  • HRIS Process Improvement: Manage HRIS workflow updates and apply change management to improve internal customer service and data accuracy. Recommend policy or system variations to leadership before implementation.

HR Advisory & Coaching

  • Guide Leadership: Provide coaching and guidance to hospital management and the HR team to ensure the integrity of our compensation system.
