What we need 

As the HRIS System Administrator you will serve as a key technical partner in the management and optimization of Workday and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platforms. You will support the day-to-day operation of both systems, drives configuration improvements, ensures data accuracy, and partners with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance the employee experience. You will have hands-on experience in both platforms, with a strong understanding of HR processes and a passion for continuous improvement.  

What we do 

The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) team is part of the Human Resources organization. The HRIS team is responsible for the administration, and optimization of HR technology platforms, ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient management of employee data and HR processes. 

What you’ll do 

  • Act as the primary system administrator ServiceNow HRSD, while also continuing to support the HRIS team with Workday configuration, maintenance and optimization. 

  • Ensure HR system data accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency through regular audits and optimization. 

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to implement system enhancements and integrations. 

  • Provide user support, training, and guidance to HR staff and employees on system functionality.  

  • Administer and support Workday HCM, including modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, Recruiting, and Learning. 

  • Create and maintain custom and advanced Workday reports and dashboards to support HR operations and analytics. 

  • Participate in Workday system updates, testing new functionality, and ensuring successful implementation. 

  • Configure workflows, service templates, and user access within the HRSD module. 

  • Collaborate with HR teams to build and optimize self-service and case management experiences for employees. 

  • Monitor usage and performance of HRSD modules and identify opportunities for improvement. 

  • Support system releases, testing, and implementation of new HRSD functionality. 

What you’ll need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience, with 3+ years in HRIS administration direct experience in Workday HCM configuration and reporting. 

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in ServiceNow HRSD administration. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. 

  • ServiceNow HRSD certification is a plus. 

Our Environment: 

  • Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. 

  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
