What we need
A hands-on HubSpot reporting builder with deep experience in HubSpot Data Studio + Advanced Reporting & Analytics who can move quickly, deliver accurate dashboards, and build reporting that drives insight for GTM leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate executive-ready dashboards in HubSpot using Data Studio and the Advanced Reporting & Analytics add-on
- Translate GTM and RevOps requirements into clear, reliable reporting that supports decision-making
- Implement complex reporting views (segmentation, pacing, referral, lead gen, CVR performance) with scalable filters and structure
- Ensure high accuracy and trust through QA checks, validation steps, and consistent metric definitions
- Run fast iteration cycles: ship a strong v1 quickly, then improve and expand weekly based on feedback
- Provide light recommendations and best practices to strengthen reporting design while staying hands-on and execution-focused
- Document assumptions, definitions, and dashboard logic so outputs are reusable and sustainable

- Leadership-ready HubSpot dashboards that can be integrated into MBRs and board reporting
- Consistent metric definitions and documentation that ensures reporting alignment across stakeholders
- Dashboards that surface insight, including: what changed, why it matters, and what actions to take
- Faster reporting throughput without sacrificing quality or data trust
Screening process
- 30-min first interview (standard screen)
- 20-min second interview (deep dive on 1–2 HubSpot reporting builds + how they QA)
- Decision within 24 hours after final conversation
Requirements
Must-have experience
- Proven, advanced HubSpot Data Studio, and reporting and dashboard build experience (not just basic reports)
- Strong understanding of HubSpot objects, associations, lifecycle stages, deal stages, and reporting constraints
- Ability to move fast and still maintain data trust
- Comfortable partnering with RevOps and senior GTM stakeholders
Nice-to-have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or high-velocity revenue teams
- Attribution and funnel reporting experience within HubSpot’s native capabilities
