Role Overview

- We're partnering with one of our valued Australian clients to find a HubSpot CRM Operations Coordinator who will keep their CRM running at its best. In this role, you'll combine CRM administration, automation, reporting, and operational support to help the Business Development team work more efficiently and make better commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and optimize the HubSpot CRM platform.
- Process, allocate, and manage incoming sales leads.
- Build and maintain CRM workflows and automation.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns within the CRM.
- Maintain CRM records, templates, and documentation.
- Produce reports and dashboards to support business performance.
- Monitor booking systems and customer journey processes.
- Develop campaign collateral as required.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Support CRM adoption and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in CRM administration or CRM operations.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Experience implementing CRM automation and workflow improvements.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Experience supporting Business Development or Sales teams.
- Experience coordinating email marketing campaigns.
- Exposure to marketing automation or campaign management.
