Job Description

Working with us

We provide you with a working environment where personal development and value creation go hand in hand. You will support and assist all Human Capital operations. You will recruit, assess and interview potential analysts and will follow through to ensure the best candidate experience. You will proactively be engaged in performance measurement & monitoring internal activity to make sure everyone is on the right track. You will develop and implement new policies with relevance to all of our members, be it improved recruitment guidelines or a new internal communication policy. You will understand the organisation dynamics and will build and implement strategies suitable for us. And if you are motivated and curious, more challenging projects and positions are in for you.

Your key responsibilities

  • Engage in hunting down applicants and recruit potential FF members

  • Execute talent management specific operations, supporting the project leads on talent acquisition, strategy, L&D and engagement

  • Reach out to and communicate with multiple stakeholders to ensure continued and efficient HCM operations

  • Help Focus Finance drive global engagement and strengthen its employer brand

Qualifications

We carefully recruit all our members to ensure consistency across our branches. We are looking at a number of skills and interests throughout the recruitment process:

  • Undergraduate student specializing in HR, management, economics, psychology, industrial relations or similar (we welcome applications from all universities in the world)
  • A very strong interest in HR, recruitment, performance management, organisational development, talent management and business management

  • Core soft skills – teamwork, adaptability, resilience, international mindset

  • Problem solver, data-savvy, quick learner 

  • 4 - 6 hours weekly availability

Additional Information

Your application will be screened by the Human Capital Management team. Selected candidates will receive a digital HR challenge assessing competencies, skills and behaviours for an HR analyst covering recruitment, performance management and internal coordination. We will choose candidates for the final interview stage based on the digital assessment.
