This employer is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support their local operations and shape the people strategy behind their next phase of growth. In this high-impact, hands-on role, you’ll work closely with leadership to build a strong, engaged, and high-performing culture in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
  • Advise and partner with leaders to align people strategy with business goals, supporting performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Coach and support employees while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and compliance with policies and legal standards.
  • Lead key HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure HR policy consistency to support scalability and a strong employee experience.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of HRBP or HR generalist experience in tech or fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to coach managers and support employee relations effectively
  • Track record of driving HR initiatives that improve engagement and performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
