Group Summary:
The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.
Job Responsibilities:
SALARY RANGE: $21.00 - $23/Hourly
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all information obtained, written or verbal, within the Human Resources Department.
• Develop an auditing timing process for our HR teams to monitor and update key employee data within our HRIS systems.
• Assist in organizing communications, training, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with the full recruitment cycle for internal/external postings from job requisitions to issuing employment contracts.
• Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents for site-wide communications.
• Participate in HRIS projects and initiatives as needed.
• Review, update, and create documentation as required.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working towards post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
• Professional Communication skills (written and verbal) preferred.
• Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology preferred.
