How You'll Make an Impact
- Accurately maintain confidential records and data in accordance with state and federal laws in the HR information system.
- Conduct new employee orientation, process HR paperwork, and assist with coordination of the employee on-boarding process.
- Triage, route, and respond to employee questions and concerns.
- May assist with educating employees regarding company benefits.
- Support employee recognition activities.
- Generate and prepare identified HR reports as required.
- Assist HR Leaders with the administration of leaves of absence and Workers' Compensation.
- Perform general office administrative work.

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Post High School training in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 1+ years of human resources support
- 1+ years of administrative experience
Skills
- Working knowledge of HRMS database systems
- General knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding employment
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Can communicate detailed directives in a clear and concise manner
- Can maintain confidentiality of information
- Ability to organize tasks to meet deadlines with little supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Education
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources preferred
