Wells Fargo is seeking an accomplished Human Resources Executive to lead the HR team supporting Global Operations, providing strategic partnership to the Head of Global Operations and an organization of 50,000+ employees worldwide. This leader will report to the Head of HR for our Chief Operating Office and lead a high performing team of HR Leaders and Business Partners.
This leader will serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner, responsible for designing and executing HR strategies that enable business performance, strengthen culture, and mitigate risk. The role spans the full breadth of HR-including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management and development, leadership coaching, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and manager capability.
As a control function, the HR Business Partner organization plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with HR policies and all applicable employment laws and regulations. The HR Executive will drive change and transformation, lead and develop a team of senior HR professionals, and partner closely with peers across HR and the business to enable organizational success.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Human Resource Business Partner experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a large, complex, multi-business corporate environment, preferably within a highly regulated industry
  • Experience supporting a high-volume, large-scale global operations workforce in a major financial institution
  • Broad HR expertise across employee relations, labor relations, compensation, and learning/development
  • Demonstrated executive-level leadership, including strong relationship management, communication, collaboration, and influence
  • Experience operating within a highly matrixed environment and driving outcomes through coordination and partnership
  • Strong risk mindset with the ability to identify, escalate, and mitigate employment-related risks effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and sustain HR programs and processes with urgency, accountability, and measurable impact
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$250,000.00 - $420,000.00
