Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSABILITIES: 

  • Oversee all local HR requirements in partnership with the leadership team, including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Associate Engagement, Community Giving, Recruiting, Safety/Compliance, and some Payroll and Benefits responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Human Resources team to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of business and personnel information.
  • Manage local payroll processes in collaboration with the Payroll Manager, utilizing Dayforce for Time and Attendance Programs.
  • Handle new hire, termination, and payroll change paperwork for all employees.
  • Recruit and hire production associate workers.
  • Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and maintain the local Community Giving program.
  • Administer benefits, including disseminating benefit packets and assisting with Benefits Open Enrollment
  • Responsible for all Leave of Absence administration, including FMLA, PLOA and MLOA, as well as on-site coordinator for Workers Comp filings.
  • Assist in the compliance and posting requirements of our safety program with the Leadership Team 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Preferably bilingual Spanish
  • Minimum of 5 years' of experience overseeing Human Resources
  • Minimum of High School Diploma. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Payroll experience is preferred but not required
