The Hyperspectral Imaging Scientist conducts research to improve spectral analysis algorithms used for satellite data interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop signal processing algorithms for hyperspectral imagery.
- Research new spectral detection techniques.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement algorithms in production.
- Validate spectral models using real satellite datasets.
- Publish research findings and technical reports.
Requirements
- PhD in Remote Sensing, Physics, Optics, or similar field.
