ROLE SUMMARY
&I Biosimilars Marketing offers a great career opportunity for a seasoned marketer to develop commercial leadership skills such as P&L and GTN management, access and pricing strategy, contract negotiations and account management, and explore unconventional go to market strategies.
I&I Biosimilars Marketing Director role will be the single point of contact as the commercial lead for ABRILADA (adalimumab-afzb), Pfizer's interchangeable biosimilar to Humira which was launched in October 2023. I&I Biosimilars Marketing Director will also lead key cross-brand initiatives for the I&I biosimilars portfolio.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Lead the promotional plan for HCPs and patients• Support account teams within the strategic customers group with resources and training• Leverage and enhance the HCP targeting framework based on access• Lead the design and implementation of a targeted omnichannel engagement plan• Lead agency interactions• Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops, revenue and P&L simulations to evaluate strategies and build recommendations to gain leadership alignment• Lead supply planning including forecasting• Analyze launch performance and reporting metrics to adjust strategies and execute marketing levers to appropriately impact the business• Partner closely with the account teams to ensure progress on key initiatives.• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members including Sales, Medical, Analytics, Strategic Customer Group, Market Access to advance critical workstreams.• Lead the extended launch team (50+ colleagues from 10+ functions) to ensure a high level of engagement, motivation, and support for the success of the brand.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's Degree required• 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry • Proven track record of diverse experiences and high learning agility• Deep understanding of US payer landscape• Prior experience in marketing strategy, HCP/Consumer promotion.• Demonstrated success in developing, executing, and measuring omnichannel engagement.• Strong team player with ability to gain alignment: Effective listening and communication skills - gathers input from key stakeholders. • Ability to work under pressure, to take accountability for business challenges, think strategically and boldly to tackle complex problems. • Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment • Ability to execute in the face of ambiguity or change• Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of internal and external audiences, including senior Pfizer leadership and senior management from external organizations• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and individuals to impact business performance.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $161,600.00 to $269,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
