The IL Capital Development and Investor Relations manager plays a critical role in managing investor relationships and overseeing the Investor Services department. They work closely with the Head of IL Capital Development and Investor Relations to execute effective fundraising strategies, deliver exceptional investor service, and contribute to the company’s overall success.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Partner with the Head of IL Capital Development to develop and execute fundraising strategies aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.
2. Investor Services Oversight: Oversee the Investor Services department, ensuring exceptional service delivery, promptly addressing
investor needs, and enhancing overall investor satisfaction.
3. Fundraising Initiatives: Drive fundraising efforts by identifying and engaging potential investors, crafting compelling pitches, and managing fundraising plans.
4. Investor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing timely updates and personalized service to foster long-term engagement and trust.
5. Market Insights Utilization: Leverage insights from the product marketing team to inform strategic actions and enhance fundraising effectiveness.
6. Reporting and Coordination: Provide regular updates to the Head of IL Capital Development on fundraising progress, investor service performance, and operational challenges. Coordinate cross-department efforts to ensure seamless strategy execution.
7. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all fundraising activities and investor interactions comply with regulatory standards while maintaining accurate records of transactions and communications.

Basic Requirements:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus).
•Experience: 3+ years of experience in capital development, fundraising, investor relations, or a related field.
•Proven track record in engaging and managing relationships with investors or family offices.
•Experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment management is a plus.
Skills & Expertise:
•Strong financial and market analysis capabilities.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English (additional languages are an advantage).
•Ability to develop and execute fundraising strategies effectively.
•High proficiency in CRM systems, financial modeling, and investor management tools.

•Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
