Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Imaging Research Coordinator to join our fast-paced Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for acting as the primary detective for our document and item processing workflow, investigating and resolving scanning or batching errors to ensure seamless operational continuity. You will partner closely with a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to maintaining high efficiency and accuracy under tight deadlines.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Workflow Investigation: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve document and item rejections caused by scanning or batching errors to get workflows back on track.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly across multiple departments to address processing bottlenecks and meet strict operational deadlines.
Quality Assurance: Apply a sharp eye for detail to ensure all processed items comply with organizational standards and data integrity policies.
Problem Solving: Identify root causes of processing issues and implement swift, effective solutions to prevent recurring errors.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
1-2 years of experience in data verification.
Strong knowledge of document processing workflows, scanning systems, or data entry operations.
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to research complex tracking errors independently.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across diverse internal teams.
What We Offer (Benefits)
Salary details: $26.95/hr - paid biweekly.
Shift: A set schedule Monday - Friday, 12:00pm-8:30pm (OT may be required).
Location: 711 Executive Boulevard, Valley Cottage, NY
2 Weeks Paid Vacation, 7 Paid Holidays + Sick Pay.
