Description: Supports the technical and operational side of onboarding new customers onto the Turquoise platform.
Responsibilities:
Help manage the revenue cycle and analytics setup for new clients.
Ensure all project management tasks are completed for a timely turnaround.
Support the Implementation Manager in executing onboarding playbooks.
Assist with customer data validation during the initial setup.
