About the Team:

Our Professional Services team within Trading & Asset Services (Back Office) plays a pivotal role in delivering seamless client implementations and conversions for the InvestOne platform. We partner with leading financial institutions to transform their operations, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance. This is a high-impact role where you will work on complex conversion projects for global clients, driving operational excellence and client success.

About the role:

We are looking for a Conversion Analyst Specialist to lead and execute large-scale client conversions to the InvestOne platform. This role demands deep expertise in conversion methodologies, data migration, and back-office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with major administrators or financial institutions and possess strong analytical and technical skills to ensure flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Conversion Strategy & Execution
    • Own end-to-end conversion activities including data mapping, cleansing, migration, and validation.
    • Develop conversion plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Client Advisory & Engagement
    • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for conversion processes, advising clients on best practices and operational readiness.
    • Collaborate with client teams to understand legacy systems and ensure accurate data transformation.
  • Data Analysis & Quality Assurance
    • Perform detailed data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to guarantee integrity and completeness of migrated data.
    • Identify and resolve conversion-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Product, QA, and Implementation teams to align conversion deliverables with overall project goals.
    • Provide feedback for product enhancements related to conversion tools and processes.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Create comprehensive documentation for conversion processes, mapping specifications, and validation reports.
    • Deliver structured progress updates and issue tracking to stakeholders.

What you need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 12+ years in conversion/migration projects within asset servicing or trading back-office environments.
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale conversions for major administrators or financial institutions.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of InvestOne or similar investment accounting platforms.
    • Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and reconciliation tools.
  • Domain Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of trading, asset servicing, and back-office operations.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication, client-facing, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience with conversion accelerators, automation tools, and data transformation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in asset servicing.
  • Prior experience in Professional Services or consulting environments.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $104,250.00 - $175,120.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
