We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Implementation Coordinator to support our implementation team in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for our healthcare customers. This early/mid-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in SaaS implementation, healthcare technology, or customer success. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely the implementation, customer success, and product teams to align our product capabilities in direct support of customer requirements. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for our healthcare customers.
***This role is FULLY REMOTE, though you MUST reside within the United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist implementation team in gathering and documenting business requirements during implementation.
- Support discovery sessions to understand customers' current systems, processes, and data structures.
- Prepare, clean, and validate customer data for migration or integration.
- Configure platform settings and parameters as directed, aligning build to documented requirements.
- Support testing and validation of system configurations and data migration to ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to escalate complex issues or propose platform improvements.
- Maintain implementation documentation and process guides; recommend improvements for clarity and efficiency.
- 1–2 years of experience in a support, administrative, or coordinator role (internships or relevant coursework considered).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in healthcare operations or SaaS platforms.
Even Better if you have:
- Experience with healthcare-specific platforms (e.g., EMRs/EHRs, WFM tools, scheduling systems, Epic).
- Basic knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., ETL tools) is a bonus.

- Experience with customer support and project management, preferably in a tech environment.
