You will serve as the primary point of contact during implementation for client leadership, guiding customers from kickoff through go-live with clarity, confidence, and urgency. This is a highly visible role at the center of our business, where your ability to drive alignment, solve problems, and deliver exceptional outcomes will directly shape customer satisfaction, expansion potential, and the long-term success of our platform.
Responsibilities:

- Build client trust: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate across teams: Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, product, and operations to align on project goals, scope, and timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement: Gather and analyze client feedback to help us optimize and enhance our solutions and processes.
- Be a problem solver: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.
We expect you to have:
- Implementation leadership experience: 4+ years in client-facing, enterprise implementation or project management leadership in healthcare technology.
- Proven track record of leading successful implementations and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to navigate complex project environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Technical fluency: Experience supporting integrations with EHR systems and/or healthcare IT platforms, working closely with technical and clinical teams.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel).
Target compensation for this role is $150k–$180k+ base, plus equity and a generous benefits package.
