About us

Thesis is building the AI-powered care team platform for infinitely scalable clinical capacity. We radically increase access and improve quality of care by combining AI agents with clinical experts to take on high-impact clinical operations and care management activities for healthcare organizations.

We’re based in NYC, are growing rapidly, and are backed by $60 million in funding from Oak HC/FT, CRV, Black Opal Ventures, and experienced C-level healthtech angel investors.

We’re headquartered in NYC and embrace a hybrid work culture.

About the role

We are looking for an execution-oriented Implementation Lead to own the rollout of Thesis’s AI care team agents across our customer base. In this role, you will lead one of the most critical moments in the customer journey: translating customer commitment into successful deployment, real adoption, and measurable impact.

You will serve as the primary point of contact during implementation for client leadership, guiding customers from kickoff through go-live with clarity, confidence, and urgency. This is a highly visible role at the center of our business, where your ability to drive alignment, solve problems, and deliver exceptional outcomes will directly shape customer satisfaction, expansion potential, and the long-term success of our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations: Manage the implementation process for clients, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience.
  • Be a thought leader: Create comprehensive implementation playbooks and conduct research on integrating with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Build client trust: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate across teams: Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, product, and operations to align on project goals, scope, and timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Gather and analyze client feedback to help us optimize and enhance our solutions and processes.
  • Be a problem solver: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.

We expect you to have:

  • Implementation leadership experience: 4+ years in client-facing, enterprise implementation or project management leadership in healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record of leading successful implementations and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to navigate complex project environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical fluency: Experience supporting integrations with EHR systems and/or healthcare IT platforms, working closely with technical and clinical teams.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel).

Target compensation for this role is $150k–$180k+ base, plus equity and a generous benefits package.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
