About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Manager with experience configuring, deploying, and implementing software and data solutions as well as leading enterprise customers through change, resulting in adoption at scale.  You’ll lead implementations from kickoff to post-launch, train credentialing teams on how to use the product, and support ROI achievement that will help drive expansion decisions.

What You'll Do

Implementation & Adoption

  • Lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise healthcare clients, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and aligned with customer workflows.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact during implementation, managing project plans, stakeholder communications, and go-live readiness.
  • Drive customer adoption by aligning implementation with customer workflows, facilitating change management, and ensuring readiness through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Create and deliver customized onboarding and training experiences that ensure high adoption and satisfaction.
  • Monitor usage and adoption throughout the rollout or pilot period to ensure the client is on track to achieve stated ROI goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to implementation success early and effectively.

What You'll Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience in software implementation, client training, or customer success in healthcare technology, preferably working with enterprise health systems or staffing firms
  • Excellent solutioning skills, consulting closely with clients to map out workflows and leveraging Axuall’s products to solve their needs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex product features into clear, actionable guidance for clients.
  • Experience creating scalable training materials and onboarding programs.
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity and helping bring structure to new processes.
  • Comfort working independently, with a bias for action and accountability.

We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet 100% of the qualifications listed. We recognize that talent and potential come in many forms, and we value diverse experiences and perspectives. If you're passionate about this opportunity and believe your skills and experience align with the overall requirements, we encourage you to submit your application.
