As Silna experiences explosive growth, we’re seeking an exceptional Implementation Lead to own the customer journey from pre-sale technical demonstrations through successful pilot deployments. This is a pivotal role where you'll translate our powerful technology into tangible value for healthcare providers while establishing scalable implementation processes.
Reporting to our COO, you'll manage the full implementation lifecycle, design deployment workflows, and drive measurable outcomes for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at stakeholder management, and approaches complex problems strategically.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation Excellence & StrategyOwn end-to-end pilot implementation from contract through go-live, managing timelines and collecting success metrics
Support pre-sale technical demonstrations to showcase platform capabilities and help close deals
Design scalable deployment workflows and continuously optimize implementation processes
Build reporting frameworks and analyze metrics to drive data-driven improvements
Identify automation opportunities to streamline implementation and scale operations
Lead change management across clinical, IT, and administrative stakeholder groups
Translate complex technology into practical value through clear communication and training
Cultivate strong partnerships with customers to ensure successful adoption
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful launches
Represent implementation needs in cross-functional planning and strategy sessions
Understand healthcare provider workflows and align our solution to their operational challenges
Develop deep knowledge of customer success factors and implementation priorities
Anticipate potential implementation roadblocks and proactively develop solutions
Provide strategic feedback to inform product development and enhancement
Contribute to refining implementation methodologies and best practices
2-4+ years in implementation, customer onboarding, or operations (healthcare experience helpful but not required)
Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with exceptional organization
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
Experience in stakeholder management across clinical, IT, and executive teams
Analytical mindset with data reporting and analysis capabilities (technical coding not required)
Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional implementation experiences
Systems thinker who naturally optimizes workflows for scale and efficiency
Investigative problem-solver who thrives on resolving complex implementation challenges
