Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Language Requirement: Excellent in English in terms of verbal, written and comprehension
  • Education level : SPM and above
  • Candidates with B2B/ B2C sales experience will have added advantage
  • Strong ability to turn support calls into sales opportunities
  • Passion to do sales and achieve target
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
  • Open to Local Malaysian

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls using proper sales and customer service practices throughout the interaction. 
  • Use a consultative approach to identify needs and propose solutions for new products and services that benefit their businesses. 
  • Resolve issues within our support scope, guiding towards third-party solutions or paid consultations when necessary. 
  • Troubleshoot client products to ensure a one-call resolution. 
  • Achieve metrics like First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales. 
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. 
  • Open to working in rotational shifts.
