The Inclusive Culture Lead is responsible for designing, developing, executing and managing enterprise-level programs and initiatives that enable, promote and advance a high performing and inclusive workforce in alignment with HR Strategic priorities. This includes evolving and executing initiatives which help Thrivent meet its top strategic goals and mission. This position reports to the Director, Inclusive Culture, and will represent Thrivent in various stakeholder forums and partnerships designed to support an Inclusive Culture.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the Director, Inclusive Culture in the development and execution of policies and practices that enable Culture and high performance.
This position collaboratively develops and oversees BRN/ARGs strategies and ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, governance and timely execution of objectives. Oversee collection of relevant participant and organizational information related to BRN/ARGs.
Will facilitate BRN/ARGs leads and co-chair relationships with internal resources for events and activities.
Support an environment where all people feel included and comfortable being themselves, thereby leading to a stronger sense of belonging/community and ultimately greater innovation and partnership with key stakeholders.
Act as a consultant and advisor with deep culture expertise to collaborate effectively with colleagues across an array of operational functions within and outside of HR. Work across HR to integrate and embed culture in Thrivent’s people and talent programs and practices
Leverage data to inspire action and drive outcomes across the organization; ensure preparation of metrics/measurements on a regular frequency and communicate progress that reinforce accountability throughout the organization.
Implement innovative programs and solutions that drive impact towards our strategic priorities.
Create reports and communications to stakeholders about initiatives.
Serve as program leadership on prioritized culture initiatives that advance strategic priorities.
In-depth knowledge of and experience with core cultural concepts and practices as well as strong capability in organizational change.
Strong organizational and communication skills, interacting with and influencing leaders at multiple levels and other stakeholders.
Demonstrated strategic partnering skills and ability to work across functions and communities to develop ideas and deliver outcomes.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, helping develop team members and fostering a positive and inclusive experience for the team
Proven record of organizational agility, political savviness, perseverance and dealing with ambiguity

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration
Human Resources or Education, 5-7 years of experience in business and possesses capabilities in related field of expertise, or equivalent years of experience; advanced degree preferred
Proven track record of project management and ability to drive enterprise-level initiatives. Demonstrated effective team leadership and management.
Experience, current knowledge, and practical implementation of culture practices and diverse audiences.
