You will be supporting the Combat Mission Systems (CMS) Business at our York, PA facility. This position will be onsite at our York facility for our Fall 2026 season (September-December). Relocation will not be offered, and housing is not provided. This position is expected to be Full-Time (40 hours / week) or Part-time (30 hours/ week)

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

As an Industrial Engineering Intern, you will:
- Apply basic engineering design and/or analytical theory, principles, techniques, and practices to a limited portion of technical projects
- Use Microsoft Access, Excel, Visio and Project to set up, organize and analyze technical information
- Provide support to create and maintain standard work
- Update plant drawings using AutoCAD
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Maintain a safe work environment and comply with safety policies and rules
- Interact and communicate with Union personnel
- Share responsibility for self-development with immediate supervisor
- Work with full time Industrial Engineers and be required to utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to help improve production standards and KPIs
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Systems, Process or Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week during the fall semester
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Juniors or Seniors Preferred
- AutoCAD
- Experience with time study software
- Experience with MS Suite applications
- Able to work at least 40 hours per week
