What's the role?

The Team

The newly established Go-to-Market (GTM) Office defines our Automotive and Multi-Industry (MI) Go-To-Market and Sales Plays strategies, coordinates its execution by aligning cross-functional teams, and equips our sellers to operate with a focused, segmented, and systematic approach—deciding what to sell, to whom, where, and how.

The GTM Office currently includes 10+ team members across the globe and is led by our GTM leader based in Berlin. Within the MI team, we’ve adopted a regional specialization model. With dedicated Industry Solution Leaders already in place for APAC and AMER, we’re now ready to welcome you as the EMEA lead.

The role

As Industry Solutions Manager for EMEA, you lead HERE’s Go-To-Market strategy for Multi-Industry Direct customers, with a focus on the Postal industry and the CEP-market (Courier, Express, and Parcel) worldwide.

You work closely with sales leaders and account executives to define target segments, shape solution offerings, and develop winning strategies. You take full ownership of market insights, solution narratives, and execution frameworks that drive consistent and effective sales motions. You operate independently, are accountable for your results, and bring deep expertise in postal, parcel, warehouse, and transportation management.

Furthermore you will:

  • Define and maintain market landscapes for the MuIti-Industry (i.e. non-Automotive) industries, mapping relationships between HERE customers, their customers, partners, and competitors.
  • Analyze market trends and technologies—such as tour planning, transportation management, and warehouse management—to guide sales strategy.
  • Define and orchestrate the execution of Sales Plays for Multi-Industry in EMEA and globally.
  • Own and manage the master Multi-Industry prospect account list to ensure alignment across GTM, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Develop and refine playbooks for Multi-Industry sales motions, including replication campaigns and competitive takeout strategies.
  • Contribute to competitive battlecards and value-engineering tools that help customers understand the ROI of HERE’s solutions.
  • Connect Sales and Product/Solution teams to highlight product dependencies and ensure a unified internal view of customer problems and use cases.

Your Impact

  • You directly support revenue and bookings for the CCO Multi-Industry segment.
  • You shape GTM execution through segmentation, sales coverage analysis, and partner co-sell strategies.
  • You align cross-functional teams including Product, Services, Platform & Technology, Product Marketing, Regional and Field Marketing, Strategy, Market Intelligence and Sales Ops.
  • You resolve account issues quickly and contribute to Salesforce.com process improvements
Who are you?

You work independently and proactively. You navigate ambiguity with confidence and collaborate across diverse teams. You follow structured GTM processes while applying strategic thinking and creativity to solve complex challenges. To be successful in this role we require the following:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5–10 years in software sales, marketing, or GTM roles within Transport & Logistics industries.
  • Strong domain knowledge in postal, parcel, warehouse, or transportation management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP tools like Salesforce.com.
  • A track record of working independently and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
