Morning Water [Sunrise Labs LLC] || 3-Month Paid Internship || $18/hr || Remote

About the Opportunity

Morning Water is a fast-growing DTC wellness brand co-founded by Blake Mycoskie (founder of TOMS Shoes) and Austin Brawner. We make a morning replenishment drink mix that gives you everything you need to win the morning: creatine, premium electrolytes, amino acids, and more. We launched in January 2026 and are growing fast.

This is a small team, three people right now, and our ambassador community is one of the biggest reasons we're growing. You'd be the one in the room every day, engaging our current ambassadors, bringing on new ones, and keeping the whole program running clean. What you do in this role will have a direct impact on the success of the business.

What You Will Learn

You'll learn how to run an Ambassador Program from the ground up. That means developing real business skills: building a high performing ambassador team, tracking performance, the ins and outs of outreach, spotting what works and cutting what doesn't. You'll also be the one interacting directly with influencers, celebrities, and ambassadors on behalf of our product, so you'll get a front-row seat to how the business side of social media works - in the context of a brand new start up.

What You Would Work On

• Commenting on social posts and engaging with current ambassadors

• Reaching out to new ambassadors and coordinating product shipments

• Reviewing ambassador applications with a 24-hour turnaround

• Following up with people who've received product

• Answering DMs

• Updating tracking and dashboards

• Identifying low-performing affiliates and tracking replies and posting activity

What We Are Looking For

• Someone who genuinely loves social media, not just uses it

• A person who would call themselves detail oriented, and can prove it

• Comfortable using Claude or other AI tools to work faster and write well

• A current student or recent grad looking for real, hands-on experience

• Someone who asks questions instead of guessing

• Based in Austin is a plus, but not required since this role is remote

What to Expect

This is a 3-month paid internship, fully remote, with the goal of keeping the right person on part-time once it wraps. Hours are flexible and mostly async, outside of a check-in with the team to stay on top of what's moving.

You'll report directly to our Head of Partnerships, no layers in between.
