As the Influencer Marketing Strategist you will:Strategic Direction & Programming: Execute influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand's goals, target audience, and overall marketing objectives. Create detailed plans for campaign execution, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
Client Management & Leadership: Lead day-to-day client relationships ensuring alignment of account team recommendations with client objectives and fostering trust with main POC client leads, while partnering with internal teams to address escalations and facilitate timely issue resolution.
Assist in paid media support of influencer content by providing technical guidance to creators on account whitelisting and permissions across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Additionally, collaborate with Tinuiti paid social experts to ensure seamless campaign execution of Influencer assets or content.
Client Onboarding & Transitions: Support client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions, ensuring seamless experiences and maximizing account potential through the introduction of new ideas, strategies, and growth opportunities. Ensure we are accurately and efficiently delivering on program requirements to provide best-in-class guidance for clients where needed.
Campaign Execution and Management: Lead the creation and management of influencer marketing campaigns, from influencer identification and selection to campaign execution and performance analysis.
Analytics and Performance Measurement: Utilize analytics to track campaign performance, evaluate success against key metrics, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign impact and achieve financial objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other marketing teams, sales, product development, and external partners to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to influencer marketing.
Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in influencer marketing and social media, recommending innovative approaches to maintain and enhance the brand's competitive edge.
5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related discipline, with a proven track record of success in leading influencer marketing strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends.
Proficient in analytics tools and metrics, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
The annual base salary range for this roles' listed level is currently $80,000-$95,000 plus performance bonus of up to 10%. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
