Company Description

Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist (e.g., for sleep apnea), your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often specialists and medical services are overwhelmed with referrals and the painstakingly manual process it takes to qualify your referral prevents them from getting around to it on time, or sometimes at all. Tennr prevents these delays and denials by making sure every referral gets where it needs to go, with the right info, at the right time. Powered by RaeLM™ Tennr reads, extracts, and acts on every piece of patient information so providers can capture more referrals, slash denials, and reduce delays.

Role Description

The Infusion SME will play a key role in shaping how our products support infusion management. You will leverage your practical knowledge of infusion operations to develop workflows, assist in product development, and collaborate with both internal teams and customers. Your insight will directly impact how we optimize our offerings and deliver value to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers to develop and refine workflows that address real-world infusion challenges.

  • Participate in client discovery sessions to understand their operational pain points and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Assess current client practices, particularly around EMRs and infusion processes, and provide insights on integration and enhancement.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop standardized, replicable infusion workflows.

  • Act as a bridge between operations and technology, translating practical needs into scalable solutions.

  • Provide training and support to internal teams, sharing your expertise on infusion best practices.

  • Regularly review and evaluate existing workflows to find areas for optimization and consistency.

Candidate Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with infusion operations in a healthcare setting.

  • A practical mindset with the ability to turn operational insights into structured processes.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A natural problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.

  • Experience with workflow optimization and process improvement is a must.

  • Comfort with leveraging technology to enhance infusion operations and workflow efficiency.
