The Inside sales Consultant has a salary range of $22.50 - $25.00.  This position is also eligible to receive commissions on any sales made.  We also offer a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k with company match, employee purchase program (where licensed) and paid time off. If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience.  In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. 
Essential Functions:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts and prospective customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.

  • Proactively manage a sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling within current accounts.

  • Educate customers on wine and spirits portfolio, promotions, and new product launches to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and activity metrics set by management.

  • Collaborate with field sales, portfolio, and transportation teams to ensure seamless customer service and sales support.

  • Process and track orders, resolve account inquiries, and provide accurate product and pricing information.

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and generate sales reports as required.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market activity.

  • Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in all customer interactions.

  • Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.

  • Arrives at work, appointments, meetings, and all work-related functions on time and as scheduled.

Other Functions:

  •  Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicate hazards and/or suggest improvements to Manager

  • Other duties as assigned
     

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office environment

Equipment/Machinery Used:

  • Telephone, copier, computer (or tablet), fax machine, calculator.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting, standing, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED; additional education preferred

  • Two years of sales experience, ideally within wine, spirits, or beverage industry.

  • Strong knowledge and passion for wine and spirits; WSET or other beverage certifications a plus.

  • Demonstrated computer knowledge

  • Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills

  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

  • Hybrid Work Schedule: Required in-office Tuesday–Thursday, with additional in-office attendance required as needed for special meetings or business needs on non-designated in-office days.
