Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, self-motivated, and performance-oriented sales professional who excels at building meaningful connections and guiding individuals through important decisions. As a key member of our Enrollment team, you will play a pivotal role in helping prospective students take the next step in their educational journey by showcasing the value of our premier certification and professional development programs.

What You'll Do:
- Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
- Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, matching their goals to our industry-leading programs.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships, helping individuals take the next step in their education or career path.
- Stay sharp on competitive offerings and market trends to keep your edge.
- Keep your pipeline tight using HubSpot CRM, reporting activities, and forecasts like a pro.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure an excellent customer journey from first contact to post-enrollment.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
- 5+ years of proven sales success, preferably in a high-volume, B2C environment.
- A track record of crushing quotas and consistently ranking in the top tier of your team.
- Strong objection handling and closing skills -- you don’t wait for the sale; you go after it.
- Demonstrate the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close high-value engagements.
- Self-discipline, drive, and focus, no hand-holding here.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for top talent.
- Knowledge of or experience in real estate education or certification programs is a big plus.
