About the Role

At LINQ, we modernize K-12 operations so educators can focus on what matters most—students. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the trusted advisor to school districts with 4,000 students or fewer, helping them maximize their investment in LINQ's ERP, Nutrition, and Payment solutions. ·      Identify expansion opportunities by conducting needs assessments and demonstrating how additional LINQ solutions solve operational pain points
·      Conduct discovery calls with districts to understand their unique requirements
·      Build relationships with key decision-makers including superintendents, CFOs, business managers, HR leaders, and nutrition directors
·      Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption
·      Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
·      Stay current on K-12 trends, school funding cycles, and regulatory requirements that impact districts
·      As you develop expertise, begin prospecting net-new accounts to expand LINQ's footprint

What You'll Bring

·      Natural relationship-builder with strong communication and active listening skills
·      Consultative mindset—you ask great questions and genuinely care about solving customer problems
·      Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn complex software solutions
·      Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
·      Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
·      Coachable and eager to learn—sales experience is a plus, but attitude and drive matter most
·      Passion for education and making a positive impact on schools and students

What Will Make you Stand Out:
