The position will be based in Miami or New York.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise capital for the firm’s private market strategies (e.g., private equity, credit, real estate, infra) from family offices and UHNWIs in Mexico and selected Latin American markets.
  • Help develop a coordinated and systematic plan to accelerate asset growth with family offices and UNHWI in the region.
  • Lead and manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholders including CIOs, family principals, and advisors.
  • Educate prospective investors on fund strategies, structures, performance, and market views.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader private capital, private wealth, and institutional sales teams, product specialists, legal, and marketing teams.

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in private banking, private markets distribution, or capital raising within the Latin American region, ideally with a focus on Mexico.
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising or client coverage with family offices and UHNWIs.
  • Deep network of professional relationships with Latin American family offices and private wealth platforms (mainly in Mexico).
  • Strong understanding of alternative investments and portfolio construction for private clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; effectively and credibly engage with sophisticated investors.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive; works well independently in a cross-border, fast-paced environment.
  •  Fluent in English and Spanish.
