RWA.xyz is the leading analytics platform for financial assets issued on public blockchains, i.e. tokenized real-world assets. We act as the industry's trusted homepage for understanding tokenization, with a focus on objective onchain analytics and offchain data. Our vision is dedicated to disrupting traditional financial data models built on blockchain rails.

Our team previously worked at companies like Microsoft and Amazon. We've raised $4.7M in capital from Archetype, Jump Crypto, Nascent, and other top crypto VCs. In addition, we cofounded the Tokenized Asset Coalition, alongside Coinbase, Fireblocks, Chainlink and ecosystem leaders.

This role is all about creating the content and gathering the data needed to fuel our platform's growth. Our product-led growth strategy and research content go hand-in-hand. Each one complements the other. You will have the opportunity to build a massive research brand in one of the fastest growing industries today, and gain unique knowledge about tokenization. You will report to our CEO (Adam🏄‍♂️) and collaborate with the CTO (Charlie🥋) and our first Researcher on defining data schemas.

You will be responsible for:

• Strategizing and executing on data collection, whether you directly collaborate with partners or find novel ways to capture the needed information.

• Writing research pieces (e.g. https://www.rwa.xyz/blog/the-spectrum-of-tokenization-report) that supports our position as a thought leader.

• Writing social media posts (see our twitter: https://x.com/rwa_xyz) and newsletter.

• Producing novel narratives and research ideas that tell the story of tokenization and helping shape our product roadmap.

• Assisting with company operations and communications with asset issuers, protocols, and blockchain networks.

• Helping represent the company in the Tokenized Asset Coalition and managing any key projects we decide take on.

• You have 3+ years experience in crypto, investment banking, research, or consulting at a top firm.

• You are obsessed with understanding financial product structures, capital markets, and blockchains, and have a strong passion to learn more.

• You are a storyteller and excellent written communicator, able to articulate complex ideas into correct and easy-to-understand formats.

• You not only think about content, but also distribution and how to maximize your work's reach.

• You are data-driven and know how to measure the impact of your work on business objectives.
