Job Description

  • Support Compliance training needs across the organization through design, production, maintenance and distribution of Compliance Training.
  • Defines and maintains standards for training deliverables for the entire program.
Essential Job Functions:
  1. Design and develops web-based training modules based on approved content scripts from subject matter experts.
  2. Efficiently manages multiple global projects and deadlines at one time
  3. Develops style guidelines/best practices for training materials within the training program and ensures all training materials adhere to style guidelines.
  4. Maintains a well-organized, central repository of all training materials.
  5. Responds to ad-hoc requests for training development.
  6. Incorporates adult learning principles and instructional design best practices into training development.
  7. Develops and creates detailed work plans, timelines and other appropriate documentation, identifies appropriate resources needed and provides timely status reports.
  8. Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Associate’s Degree with instructional design or training experience

2. Bachelor’s degree preferred

3. Expert skills in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint required

4. Previous experience working with e-learning tools such as Adobe Captivate, Flash, Flex or Articulate Presenter required.

5. Knowledge of adult education techniques and instructional design best practices preferred.

6. Previous experience working with learning management systems preferred.

7. Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.

8. Ability to articulate facts and ideas clearly and concisely.

9. Excellent project management skills.
