About the Job:  

Radicle Health is looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Training Team.  In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality learning experiences that enable customers and internal teams to effectively use all Radicle Health solutions.  The Instructional Designer will focus on asynchronous learning modules hosted in an LMS, while also supporting customer-facing training delivery in partnership with Implementation Consultants, Support, and Product teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customers are confident, capable, and successful throughout onboarding and beyond. 

 Who you are: 

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or learning experience design, including the use of Authoring tools preferrable with AI competency 
  • Experience developing and managing content in an LMS, preferably Skilljar  
  • Strong ability to translate complex software workflows into clear, learner-centered instruction. 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional CX, Product and Engineering teams. 
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE). 
  • Experience with EHR systems or healthcare software experience is a plus. 

 In this role, you’ll be responsible for: 

Asynchronous Learning & Course Design  

  • Design, develop, and manage asynchronous e-learning courses in Skilljar focused on software product use. 
  • Build structured learning paths that include: 
  • Recorded instructional content (screen capture and demonstrations) 
  • Knowledge checks, exams, and certification assessments 
  • Scenario- and workflow-based modules tied to real customer use cases 
  • Maintain and update content as products evolve, incorporating feedback from CX teams and customers. 
  • Apply accessibility and inclusive design best practices to all learning materials. 

 Customer-Facing Training (Remote & In-Person) 

  • Deliver internal and external training in both virtual and onsite formats, adapting content and facilitation style to audience needs. 
  • Reinforce key workflows, best practices, and system configuration concepts. 
  • Gather insights from live sessions to continuously improve content and learning outcomes.

Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. More information about the salary range specific to your working location and other factors will be shared during the hiring process.
