Intake Document Processor- Compliance Mail

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic Processor to join Corporation Service Company in our Wilmington, DE office. The Compliance Mail Team is responsible for receiving and forwarding compliance mail for our customers. We also are responsible for updating addresses for returned mail and keeping an accurate history of mail sent to our customers. In addition, we maintain multiple email boxes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of notifications sent to our customers.
Some of the things you will be doing:
• Data entry of client information
• Responding to customer inquiries via email
• Electronic filing and retrieval of documents
• Maintaining and updating customer records
• Research and analysis of legal documents
• Navigating quickly between multiple databases quickly and accurately
