ABOUT RETOOL

Nearly every company in the world runs on custom software: Gartner estimates that up to 50% of all code is written for internal use. This is the operational software for refunding orders, underwriting loans, onboarding employees, analyzing transactions, and providing customer support. But most companies don’t have adequate resources to properly invest in these tools, leading to a lot of old and clunky internal software or, even worse, users still stuck in manual and spreadsheet flows.

At Retool, we’re on a mission to bring good software to everyone. We’re building a new type of development platform that combines the benefits of traditional software development with a drag-and-drop UI editor and AI, making it dramatically faster to build internal tools. We believe that the future of software development lies in abstracting away the tedious and repetitive tasks developers waste time on, while creating reusable components that act as a force multiplier for future developers and projects. The result is not just productivity, but good software by default. And that’s a mission worth striving for.

Today, our customers span from small startups building their first operational tools to Fortune 500 companies building mission-critical apps for thousands of users across their business. Interested in joining us? Let us know!

WHY WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Integrated Campaign Manager to help scale and evolve our integrated campaign strategy. You’ll own end-to-end execution for key campaigns—from audience segmentation and messaging to channel planning and performance analysis—working across teams to drive meaningful pipeline impact.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, Brand, and RevOps to define campaign goals, build multi-channel plans, and report on performance to sales and marketing leadership. A “test-and-learn” mindset is essential—we’re looking for someone who’s eager to experiment, optimize, and find what works best for each audience.

You’ve built and executed campaigns targeting enterprise buyers and understand the nuances of marketing technical products across long sales cycles and complex buying committees. Experience reaching engineering personas is a plus, as is hands-on knowledge of ABM strategies across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions. You’ll also collaborate closely with Sales and SDR teams, so strong communication and alignment skills are key to success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns to engage target accounts—leading everything from audience segmentation and messaging to execution and performance reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Brand, and RevOps to bring campaigns to life, ensuring they are resourced effectively and aligned to broader GTM priorities.
  • Drive campaign execution end-to-end by managing timelines, clarifying team roles, and ensuring every initiative runs on time and strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and BDR teams to align on priorities, deliver enablement materials, and ensure seamless handoff of high-quality leads.
  • Leverage a modern marketing stack—including marketing automation, CRM, and ABM platforms—to launch, track, and optimize campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on campaign impact, using metrics such as pipeline generated, revenue influenced, and engagement trends to refine future initiatives and inform GTM decision-making.

THE SKILLSET YOU'LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally with technical products targeting an enterprise or developer audience
  • Proven track record of running integrated campaigns, including digital channels such as paid social and paid search
  • Experience collaborating with growth teams on A/B testing and using data to diagnose performance and optimize campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot (or similar)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools such as 6sense or Demandbase
