What You’ll Do
- Audience Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to grow Fortune’s audience across SEO, syndication platforms (e.g., Apple News+, Yahoo Finance), social media, paid, newsletters, podcasts, and video.
- Channel Optimization: Identify opportunities within each channel to maximize reach and engagement while ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
- Content Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with editorial teams to align content strategies with audience acquisition goals for news and evergreen content onsite and syndicated partnerships off-platform.
- Subscription Growth Campaigns: Strategize promotional efforts to drive subscriptions through targeted campaigns leveraging email marketing, paid media, and cross-channel promotions.
- Event & Product Promotion: Develop campaigns for Fortune Live Media conferences, lists & rankings (e.g., Fortune 500), and major digital/print releases to increase visibility and attendance.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs such as traffic growth, engagement rates, conversion rates, and audience retention using analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Provide actionable insights to refine strategies continuously.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or integrated marketing with a focus on audience acquisition across multiple channels.
- Expertise in SEO, social media marketing (organic and paid), email marketing, syndication partnerships, and content distribution strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally across editorial, product, paid media, social media, PR, and newsletters teams.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker) to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Experience in subscription-based business models or media/publishing industries is a plus.
Compensation
Base Salary range of $105,000.00 to $115,000.00 plus a discretionary annual bonus of 10%
