In this role, you’ll craft RFPs responses and proactive pitches, create go-to-market materials, build case studies, work cross-functionally across internal teams, and support our sales organization at Barstool Sports. This position will be based out of Barstool’s New York office.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who is eager to become an expert on Barstool’s content, talent, platforms, and offerings. This person brings strong writing & communication skills, thorough attention to detail, and a no-job-is-too-small mentality.

What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside sales, planning, partnerships, production and other internal teams to build clear, concise, and creative pitch decks and marketing materials rooted in Barstool’s suite of social, video, podcast, and experiential offerings
  • Effectively manage a high volume of inbound and proactive RFPs
  • Lead RFP brainstorms with creative ideas and integrations
  • Work seamlessly with internal teams (talent, production, brand partnerships) —  acting as a proactive and communicative partner who enjoys building relationships internally
  • Own the development and execution of high-quality PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and strategic marketing documents.
  • Create and manage supporting marketing materials such as one-sheets, case studies, and category insights
  • Collaborate with content and planning teams to develop go-to-market strategies for upcoming content programs and tentpoles, as well as package existing events and content to bring to market
  • Turn insights and data into clear, compelling stories, both written and visually, across pitch decks and go-to-market materials.
  • Attend pitch meetings with prospective clients to present ideas and act as a subject matter expert, when necessary
  • Maintain a positive, proactive mindset to keep projects on track and anticipate what the team will need next

What You Have

  • 4+ years of integrated marketing, media, or sponsorship marketing experience, ideal for a high-performing individual contributor seeking continued career growth and broader impact.
  • A presentation and pitch-deck building pro with a proficiency in PowerPoint and a deep understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to synthesize data, insights, and research into meaningful takeaways and client-ready materials
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of accountability and pride in delivering excellent work
  • A creative and collaborative inclination; you love working with a team and solving challenging problems in new ways under tight deadlines, while staying calm and adaptable
  • A desire to learn and develop a career in marketing and partnerships
  • Passion for sports and entertainment, with a strong understanding of Barstool Sports, our talent, and franchises
