We produce at the intersection of editorial credibility, cultural fluency, and creative innovation. The production team is the backbone of this operation, turning bold creative into polished, authentic work that delivers impact for clients and audiences.

The Position:
The Integrated Producer is both a creative producer and an operational leader, responsible for bringing branded content campaigns to life across various formats, including video, photo, print, social-first, and experiential. Equal parts problem-solver, collaborator, and cultural translator, they ensure every campaign feels authentic, polished, and aligned to both client goals and editorial credibility.

This role is deeply embedded across disciplines, working side by side with Creative, Content Strategy, and Activation, to turn bold ideas into seamless executions. The Integrated Producer balances creative ambition with practical execution, ensuring Studio at People Inc. delivers content that resonates with audiences and scales across platforms.

In-office Expectations: This position is a hybrid 3x days a week in our NY office with the ability to work remotely up to 2 days each week.

  • Partner with Creative Directors and Content Strategists to ensure campaigns feel editorially credible and culturally connected.

  • Collaborate with Line Producers on budgets, contracts, and staffing, balancing creative ambition with financial responsibility.

  • Anticipate challenges and engineer solutions that keep campaigns moving forward without sacrificing creative integrity.

  • Act as the central connector between Creative, Content Strategy, Activation, and Talent, ensuring alignment at every stage.

  • Translate creative concepts into actionable production plans that respect both vision and feasibility.

  • Guide client conversations around production choices, helping them understand how decisions impact creative quality, authenticity, and platform performance.

  • Build strong relationships with editorial partners, safeguarding brand credibility while delivering on client objectives.

  • Proactively resolve cross-team tensions to maintain momentum and protect creative outcomes.

Problem-Solving and Innovation (10%)

  • Bring platform-first thinking to every project, ensuring social deliverables are not afterthoughts but integral to campaign design.

  • Track cultural trends, talent shifts, and emerging formats, applying insights to keep work fresh and relevant.

  • Share inspiration and best practices with the team, elevating the overall standard of production craft across the studio.

  • Experiment with new tools, workflows, and storytelling approaches to drive innovation in how campaigns are executed.
