Your Role
As Vice President Marketing, you play an integral role in achieving FINNs ambitious growth targets. Working closely with FINNs Chief Growth Officer, you define the long-term strategy for growth across the channels Paid Marketing, Brand, SEO, Partnerships, Affiliate and PR & Communication across FINNs B2C, JobAuto and B2B target groups. You are responsible for an annual marketing budget that exceeds 15€m in 2026 and scales from there. Your objective is to make FINN the natural choice for everyone looking for individual mobility.
This position is a maternity cover with fixed contract term until 31.07.2027.

Your Responsibilities
- Drive marketing strategy and execution: You own FINN’s acquisition efforts across channels and target groups, continuously optimizing strategy and execution to deliver on ambitious growth targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Steer channels and budgets: You holistically steer FINNs acquisition channels and campaigns to drive conversion and maximize impact. You continuously optimize marketing spend to achieve targets at maximum efficiency.
- Test new channels: By establishing additional channels to reach and acquire customers, you play a key role in FINN’s ambition to have 250k subscribers by the end of 2027.
- Grow, lead and develop a AAA team: Grow the existing team to scale customer acquisition at FINN. Direct and develop your team members to maximize team performance and happiness.
Your Profile
- 4+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth company with a strong track-record in a marketing function, leading a team of 10+ FTEs.
- Experience in leveraging data and tech to drive revenue (e.g. MMM, DDA, Personalization, Product)Track record of owning the long-term marketing vision and strategy, successfully balancing priorities and delivering on KPIs in a quickly changing environment with a strong emphasis on driving impact.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, coupled with customer obsession and eagerness to develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs.
- Proven track record of building brand awareness and crafting a compelling brand narrative, bringing it to life across multiple customer journeys in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Graduated top of your class.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
