JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:- Proposal Support: Help build and design proposal decks (PowerPoint/Keynote/Canva) for internal and client presentations.
- Affiliate Catalog & Guidelines: Assist in curating and updating affiliate product catalogs, compiling visual references, and helping draft or maintain internal guidelines.
- Product Tagging & Content Ops: Support product tagging across platforms (YouTube, social media, websites) to ensure accurate affiliate tracking.
- Operations Support: Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks including link management, updating tracking sheets, and following up with internal teams or partners.
- Performance Reporting: Compile metrics (CTR, conversions, revenue) into Excel/Google Sheets dashboards or simple reports.
- Creative Input: Use Canva or similar tools to create simple visuals, thumbnails, or mockups for decks and internal reference.
- Research & Insights: Research affiliate trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to share with the team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, or related fields.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas, charts, and organising large data).
- Creative skills using Canva or similar tools for slides and visuals.
- Social media savvy and familiar with content trends across platforms (YouTube, IG, TikTok).
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proactive learner with good communication skills, able to work independently and in a team.
- Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing or e‑commerce is a plus (but not mandatory).
- Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end affiliate marketing operations.
- Exposure to multiple Astro IPs and how affiliate strategies are implemented across them.
- Opportunity to contribute to live campaigns, proposals, and content tagging.
- Develop both analytical skills (reporting) and creative skills (deck design, visuals).
