The Circle Internship Program is a 12-week, remote-first experience running from May 26 to August 14, 2026, designed to give interns hands-on experience building the future of global finance. Interns work on meaningful, real-world projects that support Circle's mission to enable the frictionless exchange of value.

As an Intern on the CPN OFI/BFI Network Strategy and Operations team, you will support high-impact initiatives to scale Circle's global payments infrastructure by analyzing network performance data, identifying operational improvement opportunities, and contributing to strategic insights that inform partner growth, geographic expansion, and product reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to help improve onboarding workflows, reporting standards, and operational rigor across the network.

- Build executive-ready dashboards, memos, and presentations to communicate recurring analysis and key findings
- Document and evaluate existing OFI-BFI onboarding and pairing workflows to assess efficiency and scalability
- Identify and propose improvements to operational processes, data capture frameworks, and reporting standards
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, and external stakeholders to validate data and inform network strategy

- Strong analytical skills with experience working with structured datasets

Effective collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders - Demonstrated interest in financial systems, fintech, or payments infrastructure

- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
- Current undergraduate or master's student in economics, finance, data science, business, or a related field
