Are you ready to take your skills to the next level and make a real impact?This 12‑week, full‑time internship offers hands‑on exposure to the end‑to‑end product development and commercialization process, from early concept through launch. The intern will support 1–2 priority projects, contributing to new product launch tracking, social media and cultural trend analysis, and cross‑functional coordination. This role provides practical experience in consumer‑driven innovation, project management, and commercial strategy within a fast‑paced, global organization, along with mentorship and meaningful involvement in real business initiatives.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE
The intern will support 1–2 priority projects in a project‑management capacity, with the opportunity to observe and learn the full development and execution lifecycle - from early concept through commercialization.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
New Product Launch & Project Support
Assist with tracking new product launches across categories, ensuring accurate documentation and visibility
Support product setup and maintenance in internal systems (e.g., Gallery), including new entries, updates, and discontinued items
Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to support evaluations, testing needs, and approvals
Help maintain organized records and trackers to support launch readiness and ongoing portfolio management
Social Media & Trend Tracking
Monitor social media platforms and digital culture to identify emerging trends, viral products, brands, and consumer movements
Develop and share weekly trend reports highlighting relevant insights for fragrance, beauty, wellness, and consumer product spaces
Translate trend insights into early‑stage ideation, including moodboards, concept ideation and competitive landscape
Administrative & Cross‑Team Support
Support day‑to‑day administrative needs across teams, including:
Assisting sales coordinators with customer samples
Helping prepare materials for customer meetings
Supporting consumer testing logistics
Purchasing competitive products for analysis
Provide general coordination and support that enables teams to move efficiently and stay organized
What Makes You the Right Fit
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree (Marketing, Business, Consumer Insights, Communications, or related field preferred)
Strong interest in consumer behavior, brands, trends, and innovation
Passion for social media and digital culture; enjoys staying on top of what’s trending
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
Strong communication skills (written and visual)
Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with visual storytelling or mood boards is a plus
