Fouress Synergy LLC is seeking an experienced International & Domestic Sales Manager – Polymers to drive sales growth across the LATAM market. This role is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market share in the polymer and resin trading segment, covering a broad portfolio of engineering and commodity plastics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive international and domestic sales of polymer and resin products across the LATAM region (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and other markets)
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with converters, distributors, and end-users across the full product portfolio: ABS, AS, ASA, C-PE, EPS, EXTEM, GPPS, HDPE, HIPS, LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, mLLDPE, NORYL, PA 6, PA 66, PBT, PC, PE, PET, PMMA, PP, PS, PVC, SAN, SILTEM, TPE, TPO, TPV, etc,
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin targets for the LATAM territory
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, trade shows, and referrals
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with buyers.
- Monitor global and regional polymer and resin market trends, pricing movements, and supply-demand dynamics
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and shipment
- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and CRM updates for management review
- Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and client visits across LATAM
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and trade documentation for cross-border polymer shipments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in polymers, resins, or petrochemical trading, with exposure to the LATAM market
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering and commodity polymers (ABS, PP, PE, PVC, PET, PC, Nylon/PA, and related grades) and their end-use applications
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, in addition to English
- Willingness to travel extensively within the LATAM region
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office/Excel for reporting and forecasting
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently across time zones
