  • Support activities of the group's companies in different regions, including licensing and other regulatory matters (Asia, Africa, LatAm, etc.);

  • Draft, proofread, and negotiate various types of MSAs, SLAs, insertion orders, marketing and sponsorship agreements, PSP agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs;

  • Provide day-to-day legal support to different teams (e.g., billing, marketing, finance team and others) regarding operational activity and ad hoc requests in corporate, contractual, and intellectual property matters;

  • Represent legal function in cross-team cooperation;

  • Draft and proofread T&C, privacy policies, etc;

  • Communicate and coordinate the work of external counsels from different jurisdictions;

  • Handle registers of contracts, companies, corporate, and related documentation.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • Experience in consulting on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters for at least 3 years;

  • Knowledge of international corporate, commercial, and contractual law;

  • Experience in international companies or abroad;

  • IP or Tax expertise is a huge advantage;

  • Fluent command of the English language, both written and oral (with knowledge and understanding of legal English).
