The Product team within Trusts & Estates is responsible for collaborating with Practice Leads to develop and implement strategy across the business. As the COO for the International Trust Services (ITS) practice, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence across our Bahamas, Jersey, and Singapore businesses. You will obsess over optimizing processes, controls, and platforms to ensure flawless execution and administration of trust and estate accounts. Your mandate is to relentlessly pursue best-in-class operational standards, champion continuous improvement, and ensure quality, efficiency, and risk mitigation in every aspect of the business. You will partner with specialists within the Product and Business Management teams, as well as the broader Trusts & Estates practice, the International Private Bank, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Controls, Finance, Operations, and Technology partners, to deliver superior outcomes for our clients and the firm.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational excellence champion for ITS, setting and enforcing the highest standards for process efficiency, control, and quality.
- Act as the knowledge center for trust-related activities, ensuring best practices are documented, shared, and continuously improved.
- Provide clear direction on business needs, obsessively prioritizing efforts that drive operational improvements and risk reduction.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative product solutions for international clients, with a focus on operational scalability and quality.
- Execute business and regulatory initiatives across ITS jurisdictions, ensuring flawless delivery and compliance.
- Establish strong relationships with regional markets, engaging leadership to drive a culture of operational excellence and accountability.
- Monitor, measure, and report on key operational metrics, using data to identify opportunities for improvement and to celebrate success.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and process re-engineering to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Qualifications
