What you'll do
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Report directly to the manager.
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects across technical and functional teams
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging knowledge exchange across departments
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery frameworks, workflows, and tools
- Help develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and internal documentation.
- Be available during work hours to assist.
- Fulfill goals set by the manager.
- Complete the assigned training.
- Log time each week in the corporate time-tracking system.
- Exercise sound judgment and uphold confidentiality and compliance at all times
- Take on other responsibilities and assignments from time to time requested by management.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in standard project management or office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Asana, or similar)

- Communication: Oral and written fluency in English

Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a "perfectionist" approach to work;
- Flexible and able to adapt to frequently changing standards and priorities;
- Customer advocate, working hard to ensure customer success and satisfaction;
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous internship experience or relevant coursework is a plus
- Oral and written fluency in English.

- All positions require the ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including typing, using a mouse, and viewing a monitor throughout an eight (8) hour workday. Employees must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods, as needed to perform their duties.
- Positions may involve infrequent lifting of items such as a laptop or related equipment. Walking requirements are limited to normal travel or commute needs as outlined in this section.
- All roles require the ability to communicate effectively, including speaking on the phone and collaborating with team members, clients, vendors, and other business partners. Employees must be able to focus on multiple tasks and project requirements throughout the workday. Most positions may require occasional travel.
Home Office Requirements
- A minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 1.5 Mbps for uploads is required.
- A private Wi-Fi network with a strong, unique password is necessary to access company data or systems.
