Operations Intern at Great Jones
Our Undergraduate Intern role is a high-visibility role tasked with helping us take advantage of large opportunities to achieve growth and solving major issues in our business. In this role, you can expect to work on projects like the following:
- Helping to create a best-in-class cross-market vendor management program so we can efficiently maintain the thousands of properties on our platform
- Developing a content strategy to drive resident education and influence behavior in ways that reduce overall defects
- Building out dashboards to gauge where we’re over- and under-performing, then executing on action plans for how to address the problem areas you’ve uncovered
This is a hands-on role and we’re looking for someone who is motivated about what we’re building and eager to grow with our team.
